Austin Servant Girl Murders – Part 1

Austin, Texas in the late-1800s was starting to become a bustling hub for business. And with the rush of people coming in, unsavory characters also came in with them. The mysterious figure dubbed “The Servant Girl Annihilator,” by the American writer O. Henry, someone would stalk the streets at night, invade the rooms of servants, and brutally attack and kill his victims. This is part one of Criminal Intent’s recount of the historical case of “The Servant Girl Murders.”
